Thank you for being a loyal customer and we apologize for any dissatisfaction.

Returns are accepted only if the candles have a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us if you need to make such a return. You may be asked to send pictures of the damaged merchandise within 7 days upon delivery of the order so we can send you a return shipping label. Once you receive the shipping label, please pack everything carefully in the original packing and send it back to us.

  • We do not accept any returns if there is any sign that the candle was used.
  1. Cancelling the order

Cancellation is accepted only within 24 hours of the order.

This is because we mostly provide customized candles with your signature or message. 

And most of the time we make the candles in 24 hours from the time the order is received.  For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accept any cancellations for any reason after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

You may want to try our mini candles before you purchase the full-size candle if you are unsure.

 

  1. Shipping and handling

We try to offer you the best shipping service so you do not have to wait too long to enjoy our beautiful new additions to your home.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time the order is received.

(We usually start making your candle within 24 hours of the order being received and it usually takes a full day.  It also takes an additional day to dry them so that they are ready to ship.)

For domestic shipping, we use USPS flat shipping which takes 2-5 days for delivery depending on your location.

 

For international shipping, the delivery time will vary depending on the destination. Please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping rates for orders from outside the US will depend on your location.
