Q: What is the best way to keep my jewelry clean?

Please do not spray on perfume or other sprays while wearing.
Wait until your lotion or cream is dry or has been absorbed by your skin.
Oil, nail polish, nail polish remover, chlorine, perfume, and sweat may react with plated jewelry and cause it to tarnish.
After every wear, use a mild liquid soap or dish detergent with warm water & rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not use any chemicals.
A small ziplock bag works great for storing to avoid scratches.

Q: What is the material of the metals inside of candle?

A: Every metal sticks have two separated parts; top and base.

The top parts that will use as charm parts for bracelets are 18K Gold plated white metal or brass. White metal and brass are most common types of metal used for fashion or semi-precious Jewelry. The base parts are made of white metal with gold tone plated.

Q: How can I clean wax remains on metal charms?

A: If you burn our candle properly, the wax will clearly burn and the metal charm would not need to be cleaned. If you need to clean the metal charms before making a bracelet or a necklace, use wax-remove oil or gently rub the surface of the metal charms with clean tissue paper. You may also use hire-dryer to melt the wax. In this case, you must leave the metal charms for a while to cool down before you touch them.

Q: What if my candle does not burn evenly?

A: We carefully choose our jar and wick that perfectly fit the jar to make the candle burn even. However, sometimes the flame burned to one side and it may occur uneven burning of the candle.

Here are some recommendations to avoid the uneven burning of your candle:

1. Let the candle burn long enough to get the entire top liquid wax at the first light your candle. We recommend you to burn for one hour at least. This ensures a good first burn all the way across the candle.

2. every time you light the candle, trim the wick to 1/4 inch above the wax. This is also important for a safety reason.

3. If you still have the uneven burning issue, you can take a hair dryer and melt the higher wax on the side so it settles to a more even surface. In this case, please make it sure that the candle jar is too hot to touch before you hold the candle.
